The Navajo Film Festival seeks to provide filmmakers with an opportunity to create films that promote the Navajo language.
Calling for Submissions
Whether you already speak Navajo, or are just beginning to learn, and whether you have been making films for years, or are picking up a camera for the first time, we want you to join us for an evening celebrating the Navajo language.
Submit a short video in the Navajo language by June 1, 2024 for a chance to win a prize.
Adult Prizes:
- 1st Place-$300
- 2nd Place-$200
- 3rd Place-$100
Youth Prizes:
- 1st Place-$150
- 2nd Place-$100
- 3rd Place-$50
